Pantheon Buyer Refund Terms:

Applies to select Pantheon Featured Listings. Lender approval will apply. If lender doesn't approve, the buyer refund will be presented after the close of escrow. Purchase price $300,000-$450,000 will receive a $1,000 refund, $450,001-$650,000 will receive a $1,500 refund, $650,001 and up will receive a $2,000 refund. A 1099 will not be sent for this refund. Rebate applies to select listings provided by Pantheon Realty.
