Kenan Shahla, President/Realtor
Kenan has been a valley resident since 1990. After graduating from from the local community college in 2001, he went on to complete a bachelor’s and master’s degree in mathematics from UCLA in 2004. Kenan became a full-time math professor in 2005. His fascination with patterns and numbers naturally led him to the real estate industry. He became a realtor in 2008 and was immediately hired by Century 21 & Assoc. Kenan and his best friend, Edward, established Pantheon Realty in 2018 with one mission in mind, save sellers from the misery of paying high commissions fees to sell their home.
Edward Guillen, CEO/Broker
Edward's valley residency dates back to 1994. Edward pursued a Biology degree from Cal State University, Northridge. He began investing and managing rental properties for his father at a young age. In 2009, Edward was hired by Century 21 Yarrow & Assoc. as a realtor. His passion for real estate inspired him to achieve the highest honors and earned a California broker’s license in 2018. Pantheon Realty was established from Edwards love to help others and revolutionize the real estate industry.
George Sarkis, Realtor/Solar Expert
George moved to the valley in 1996. After attending College of the Canyons, George transferred to the University of California, San Diego where he received a bachelor’s degree in mechanical and environmental engineering in 2017. After graduating he decided to use his critical thinking and problem-solving skills to work in the real estate and residential solar industries. He designs and brokers residential solar projects to contractors throughout Southern California and thoroughly understands how to transfer a solar system to a new homeowner. George’s ability to communicate effectively, deal with ambiguity, and negotiate for his client’s best interests makes him a strong asset to our team.
