Did you know that to sell a $500,000 home, you'd typically need to pay $30,000 in agent commission fees (6%)?
That 6% is split between the sellers agent ($15,000) and the buyers agent ($15,000), 3% to each side.
With Pantheon Realty, we charge a FLAT $3,900 to represent you as the seller. That's it, $3,900. An extra $11,100 in your pocket!
Did you know that the paperwork required to sell a million-dollar mansion is equivalent to the paperwork required to sell a $200,000 condo?
Percentage based commission fees punish sellers who have high home values. Don't throw money away!
